About Us
KUPES Young Women Network
KUPES Young Women Network is a non-profit organisation devoted to the development of young women. It commenced activities in February 2015 with nine girls and has grown to a network of over 3,100 members.
KUPES exists to empower young women by educating and equipping them with skills and opportunities that inspire and transform them into exceptional leaders actively shaping their communities.
KUPES believes that once women are empowered, inspired and transformed, they invest in the survival, education and success of the next generation.

Inspiring Girls and Young Women From All Walks of Life
We envision a society where young women have a clear understanding of their self-worth, capabilities and purpose, and hold the power to create opportunity for themselves and others.
To empower, inspire and transform young women by facilitating positive behavioural change, providing mentors, building confidence and creating opportunities for leadership, education, employment, business, networking and social interaction.
To prepare young women for lifelong success by providing practical tools, mobilising resources and connecting them to leaders and mentors who help them become productive and successful members of their communities.

Capacity Building Sessions
Interactive training sessions that build capacities and enhance skills in entrepreneurship, professional development, financial literacy, health, wellness, culture and digital/ICT literacy.
Leadership and Transformation Seminars
Events such as KUPES Chats, conferences, camps, Friday Chills and young corporate seminars that influence and enhance impact.
Mentorship
Connecting young women with mentors and friends of the network who share knowledge, skills, values and personal goals in a respectful and supportive way.
Community Service
Through KUPES CARES, young women participate in volunteer work and community activities that promote compassion, empathy and useful life skills.
